Game privacy
Effective September 26, 2026.
UnboxNinja LLC operates TinyStomps. This policy describes information handled by the mobile game and when you contact us about it. For the website, see our website privacy policy.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@tinystomps.com.
Playing the game
TinyStomps does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask players to enter their name, email address or birth date to play. The launch version is free with advertising and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Game progress and preferences are saved on your device. Device backup services may also preserve that local information. The advertising and reporting services below separately process information over the internet.
Advertising
Advertisements are provided through Google AdMob. You can choose to enter Stomp Yard to view an ad while playing. If no ad loads, you can walk through the theater screen to leave.
Google's software can process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, app or device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash and performance information. Google uses information from its advertising services to deliver and measure ads, operate and improve the services, and prevent fraud and abuse. Ads may use local storage or similar technologies to record information and choices.
The game requests Google's child ad treatment and a G maximum ad content rating for all players. This restricts interest-based advertising and remarketing; it does not eliminate all data processing. These settings do not verify a player's age.
Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Ad reporting
We use RevenueCat to understand ad performance and troubleshoot ad delivery. Its software starts when the mobile game launches, before you decide whether to enter Stomp Yard. Avoiding ads therefore does not prevent every connection to a service provider.
RevenueCat creates an app-user identifier that is not an email login. It processes technical information such as app and SDK version, device platform, operating system, language and network connection information. When advertising events occur, we send information about ad loading or failure, displays, interactions and revenue, including ad placement, ad unit, impression and network information. We disable RevenueCat's optional diagnostics and automatic device-identifier collection; the app-user identifier is still used.
RevenueCat processes this information for us under its service agreement. See RevenueCat's privacy information and data processing terms.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond to your question, provide support or handle your privacy request. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, a child's full name or other unnecessary personal information.
Who receives information
Google and RevenueCat receive information as described above. Providers that deliver and store our support email also process messages you send us. Providers may use service providers of their own to operate their services. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security issues or a legal dispute.
Information can be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. RevenueCat documents that customer data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Google operates servers in multiple countries.
Retention
Local game information: progress and preferences remain in app storage until that data is cleared. Uninstalling may remove local data, but device backups may preserve it.
Support and privacy email: we delete resolved correspondence after 12 months, except records needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation.
Advertising and reporting information: uninstalling or clearing the game does not erase information already sent to providers. Google retains information according to its purposes, settings and legal obligations, as explained in its retention policy. RevenueCat records may remain for the duration of our service agreement unless we arrange earlier deletion. Its processing terms govern deletion when the agreement ends. Provider backup cycles and legal, security or fraud-prevention obligations can delay or limit deletion. The 12-month email period does not apply to provider records.
Your choices and requests
You can skip Stomp Yard. Where Google makes privacy choices available, the game exposes an Ad Privacy option in Settings. Availability depends on Google's requirements for your location and circumstances.
You may email info@tinystomps.com to request access, correction or deletion of information, or ask us to stop processing it. A parent or guardian may contact us on behalf of their child. We will assess the request, verify it where necessary and work with the relevant provider as appropriate under applicable law.
Because there is no email login, your email address alone may not identify your game or advertising records. Tell us which platform you use and what you are requesting; we will explain any additional information needed to locate the records. We do not promise that we can identify or erase a provider's records using only your name or email address.
To stop future information being sent by this installation, stop using and uninstall the game. This does not itself request deletion of previously transmitted information. Starting a new installation may create new provider records.
Younger players
TinyStomps is intended for players ages 14 and up. Store content ratings describe the game's content and may differ from this intended audience. The game does not verify age and applies the protective advertising settings described above to all players.
If you believe information about a child has been handled inappropriately, contact info@tinystomps.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including working with service providers on deletion where applicable.
Security and changes
Our advertising and reporting providers use encryption in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.
